Refund & Cancellation Policy

Weddings, Events & Group Bookings:

Refunds are not available within 30 days of the scheduled date of a wedding, event, or group booking.

If We Cancel:

If Traveller Shuttle Services cancels a booking on our side, we will refund you within 7 days.

Taxi, Airport & Individual Rides:

Cancellation terms for individual rides are confirmed at the time of booking.
