Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 2025
We value your time and travel needs. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how
cancellations and refunds are handled for our transportation services.
1. Cancellations by Customers
● 24 Hours or More Before Pickup: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the
scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
● Within 24 Hours of Pickup: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled
pickup time may be subject to a partial refund or service charge.
● No-Shows: If passengers fail to appear at the pickup location without prior notice,
the full fare will be charged and no refund will be issued.
2. Refund Processing
● Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the
original payment method used at the time of booking.
● Traveller Shuttle Services is not responsible for any delays caused by banks, credit
card providers, or third-party payment processors.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
● Requests to change pickup time, location, or date must be made at least 12 hours in
advance, subject to vehicle availability.
● Additional fees may apply for last-minute changes or route modifications.
4. Service Interruptions
● Traveller Shuttle Services is not liable for delays or cancellations due to factors
beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic, accidents, or road closures.
● In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation, you will be entitled to a full
refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
5. Group & Corporate Bookings
For weddings, events, or corporate transportation, separate cancellation terms may apply.
These will be provided at the time of booking.
