Welcome to Traveller Shuttle Services. By booking our transportation services or using our
website, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them
carefully before making a reservation.
1. Services Provided
Traveller Shuttle Services offers shuttle, sprinter van, and transportation services within
Lexington, VA, Charlottesville, VA, and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to
availability and confirmation.
2. Reservations & Bookings
● Reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
● Accurate details (pickup address, drop-off location, time, passenger count) must be
provided during booking.
● Traveller Shuttle Services reserves the right to refuse service for incomplete or
misleading information.
3. Payments
● All payments must be made in full before or at the time of service.
● We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
● Traveller Shuttle Services does not store your payment details; trusted payment
processors handle transactions.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
● Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of service may be subject to partial or no
refund.
● No-shows at the pickup location will be charged the full fare.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
● Passengers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time.
● Seat belts must be worn at all times while in the vehicle.
● Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside
our vehicles.
● Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may result in additional charges.
6. Delays & Liability
● While we strive for punctuality, Traveller Shuttle Services is not liable for delays
caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
● We are not responsible for missed flights, events, or connections due to such delays.
Passengers are advised to allow sufficient time when booking transportation.
7. Luggage Policy
● Standard luggage is permitted; oversized or excess luggage must be disclosed
during booking.
● Traveller Shuttle Services is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal
belongings during transport.
8. Corporate & Group Bookings
For large groups, weddings, or corporate transportation, customized agreements may apply.

9. Website Usage
● The content on our website is for general information and booking purposes only.
● Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content without permission is prohibited.
10. Governing Law
The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA govern these Terms & Conditions. Any
